Symptoms of sleep deprivation can be numerous, in fact, not only may be indicative of insomnia, and symptoms may overlap with those of another illness ... even if it clearly, if you have not found much sleep, and they show signs of symptoms of sleep deprivation, you might want to take some steps to remedy the problem.
